Diwali Event: Lakshmi’s Elephant Quest
The Diwali event is Eager Elephant’s biggest event of the year, running for 15 days in October/November. The event features 50 exclusive Diwali-themed levels, a new companion (Lakshmi, the "Goddess of Wealth Elephant"), and a limited-edition outfit for Gaju (Lakshmi Gaju, complete with a crown and garland of flowers).

During the event, players can collect "Diwali Lamps" by completing levels, which can be exchanged for rewards like power-ups, Gaju Coins, and the Lakshmi companion. The final level of the event is a boss battle against a "Dark Demon" who is trying to ruin Diwali—defeating him unlocks the Lakshmi Gaju outfit, which grants a permanent 20% boost to power-up effectiveness.

The Diwali event also includes a community challenge: if players collectively collect 100 million Diwali Lamps, everyone receives a free "Diwali Gift Box" with rare power-ups and a special Diwali-themed tile set. In 2024, the community exceeded the goal in just 10 days, showing the game’s strong community spirit.

Holi Event: Holika Dahan Dash
The Holi event runs for 10 days in March, featuring 30 colorful Holi-themed levels, a new companion (Holika, the "Colorful Elephant"), and a Holi Gaju outfit. The event’s objective is to collect "Holi Colors" by matching gulal tiles, which can be exchanged for rewards like the Holika companion and a "Gulal Bomb" power-up that clears a 5x5 area.

A unique feature of the Holi event is the "Color War" community challenge. Players are divided into four teams (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow) and compete to collect the most Holi Colors. The winning team receives a free "Color Champion" outfit for Gaju, while all participants get a free Holi-themed tile set. In 2024, the Red team won with over 25 million Holi Colors collected.

Ganesh Chaturthi Event: Modak Quest
The Ganesh Chaturthi event runs for 7 days in August/September, featuring 20 temple-themed levels, a new companion (Ganesh, the "Elephant God Companion"), and a Ganesh Gaju outfit. The event’s objective is to collect "Modak Sweets" by matching modak tiles, which can be exchanged for rewards like the Ganesh companion and a "Modak Blast" power-up that clears all obstacles on the board.

The event also includes a "Aarti Time" daily challenge: at 7 PM IST each day, players can participate in a special level where they match diya tiles to "light" a virtual aarti for Ganesh. Completing this challenge grants a free "Ganesh’s Blessing" power-up, which is one of the most powerful in the game.

6.2 Regional Events: Celebrating State-Specific Festivals

In addition to national festivals, Eager Elephant also hosts regional events that celebrate state-specific festivals, ensuring that players from all parts of India feel represented. These events are only available to players in the specific state, adding a sense of exclusivity and local pride.

Some popular regional events include:

• Pongal Event (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka): Celebrated in January, this event features Pongal-themed levels, a "Pongal Gaju" outfit, and a companion named "Pongalamma" (the goddess of harvest). Players can collect "Pongal Pots" to exchange for rewards like a "Sugarcane Blast" power-up.
• Navratri Event (Gujarat, Rajasthan): Celebrated in September/October, this event features Garba-themed levels, a "Navratri Gaju" outfit (complete with a dandiya stick), and a companion named "Amba" (after the goddess Durga). Players can collect "Garba Bells" to exchange for rewards like a "Dandiya Blast" power-up that clears multiple rows.
• Durga Puja Event (West Bengal, Assam): Celebrated in October, this event features Durga Puja-themed levels, a "Durga Gaju" outfit, and a companion named "Durga" (the goddess of power). Players can collect "Puja Flowers" to exchange for rewards like a "Trishul Blast" power-up that clears a diagonal line of tiles.
• Onam Event (Kerala): Celebrated in August/September, this event features Onam-themed levels, a "Onam Gaju" outfit (complete with a traditional Kerala mundu), and a companion named "Onam Thampuran" (the mythical king of Kerala). Players can collect "Onam Sadhya" (a traditional Kerala feast) tiles to exchange for rewards like a "Sadya Blast" power-up that clears all tiles of a single type.

These regional events are highly anticipated by players in the respective states, and often generate a lot of buzz on social media. The
